Poster Art Info

I’d like to write more, but as of 5/5/23 I’ve put in 1271 hours and made only a $6184 net profit (that’s $4.80/hr). The “exposure” has been slim to none: ~30 social media followers and 2 commissions. So, it’s time for me to do something else.

In the meantime, you can help: tell the festival you want them to pay the artist more. Send me your thoughts, long or short, in the form below. I will collect and forward these messages to the festival along with a list of creative ways future poster artists can be compensated. Thanks for your help!

I especially want to see realistic and detailed art like Kerry's on future posters. I understand the current compensation is not enough for professionals like her to make a living wage. Please raise it.
